I have spent 17 years doing one thing: walking into companies where sales is broken, chaotic, or non-existent, and building the people, process, and systems to fix it. At HEA Florida I started with zero revenue and zero reps. Three years later I had $15M in annual revenue, 125 people across three offices, and a successful exit on the other side.

I operate on a simple principle. The one-call close is not a trick. It is what happens when your reps are trained well enough to earn trust in one conversation. I have taught that methodology to dozens of salespeople, coached it in the field at every level, and built the accountability systems that make it stick.
